Deferment forms or letters verifying enrollment are completed in the Registrar’s Office. To make a request for certification of information please fill out the form. If you have a form that must be completed to verify enrollment, please bring the form to the Registrar’s Office, Martin Hall, Room 171, for processing. The Registrar’s Office will provide you with an official letter verifying enrollment on university letterhead.
If you are unable to come to campus, you may mail or fax a copy of the form to our office. A current photo ID (or copy of current photo ID for faxed and mailed requests) is required. Enrollment Verification letters will be available on/after the first day of classes.
