Meet the Registrar's Office Staff

Mickey Diez
University Registrar
 
 
 
Responsible for the overall operation of the Registrar’s Office.
Supervises all staff and assures that courses and programs have
been through the proper approval process, that students follow official
enrollment procedures, and that grades are authenticated before being
recognized in the official records of the university. The Registrar ensures
university compliance with all state and federal regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Amy DesOrmeaux
Associate Registrar & Systems Specialist

 
 
 
Responsible for providing leadership in overseeing the academic
records section of the Registrar’s Office. Ensures that the information
system within the office is maintained with accuracy, confidentiality
and in adherence to state and federal regulations. Assists in the
overall supervision of the office. Provides training to students, staff
and other university personnel as needed.

Assistant Registrar
 
 
 
Responsible for providing leadership for the planning, development,
implementation, administration, and maintenance of Degree Audit.
Provides technical and functional support to the university-wide
communication for the degree audit system.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Lori Hebert Frederick
Associate Registrar
 
 
 
Responsible for providing leadership and management in the
operations of Distance Learning Services, Website and
Social Media Development, Business Process
Documentation, and review of student records. Oversees the
Course Development and Scheduling Processes. Coordinates
and functions as the the Chair of the Tuition and Fee Appeals Committee.

Responsible for coordinating Commencement and assisting
students with graduation/diploma concerns. Manages change
of grades, posting of college credit based on ACT scores,

Responsible for providing support in the areas of
Course Scheduling, Catalog changes as approved by
the Curriculum Committee and Degree Requirement
verifications. Processing of repeats, name changes,
